Turn classroom jobs into a fair, teachable sequence. This Classroom Job Application Kit helps teens connect strengths to role tasks, complete an application, rehearse an interview and review a contribution with evidence. Clear roles, checklists and editable teacher tools support a rotation that includes access needs and a useful handover.

How to use it
Use in secondary classrooms, life skills, career-readiness or special education lessons. The 6-session sequence moves from role descriptions and applications to interviews, a fair rotation, performance review and handover. Low prep: print chosen roles/forms and cut the 12 interview cards if using stations; adapt the editable teacher files to your actual classroom. Use fictional applicants for the simulation, include suitable access supports and offer a meaningful alternative to a public role. Evaluate task-related evidence, not popularity, accent, eye contact or support needs; staff retain responsibility for safety and private records.
