SEL and behavior activities for teens

Social-emotional lessons for teenagers have to feel respectful, not babyish. These resources use realistic teen scenarios, from group chats to part-time jobs, so students can practice noticing body signals, calming down, solving problems and repairing things when they go wrong.

They suit advisory, school counseling groups, special education and restorative practice. Behavior reflection sheets and trackers help staff respond consistently and keep useful data. These are classroom lessons, not therapy: students who need more support should be referred to your school's counseling or mental-health staff.
