How to use it
Model a communication frame and run one workplace day with its specific rehearsal and round-2 change. Across the week, check shelf/count evidence, resolve priorities, preserve open-task status, and hand over clearly. Add role-plays and the fresh visitor-desk transfer after guided practice.
Preparation: Print the selected student and reference pages. Provide pencils, scrap paper and calculators where useful. Cut cards only for physical stations; you may display them instead. For digital work, assign an individual copy of the supplied student deck. All source documents are included; no other paid resource is needed.
