How to use it
Rehearse the complete four-role count-up model. Choose one illustrated menu, prepare its stock and $20 paper float, then serve its twelve distinct tickets. Reconcile the two payment types and stock; use a separate reset for each event or customer-choice practice.
Preparation: Print one menu, its stock sheet and twelve tickets. Supplied unpriced food tiles can be reprinted or paired with written quantity counters. Prepare the paper float amounts from the till sheet. Provide pencils, calculators and paper tokens or code cards. Use only pretend food and payments. Optional paper denominations can be exchanged at equal value through the teacher’s paper bank. No real food, equipment, purchases or accounts are needed.
