Lead a paper planning team for an art showcase, games afternoon or book swap, using twenty-four task cards and eighteen realistic updates.

What's included

  • 3 distinct event briefs
  • 24 role and task cards
  • 18 update challenges
  • Venue, arrows & timelines
  • 49 student activity, reference and teaching-practice pages
  • Full teacher guidance, differentiation, answers and models

How to use it

Guide Event A first. Event B adds a real cart conflict and two approved rosters; Event C trades preparation slack against purchase cost. Keep choices visible, then apply one separate update and explain the revised plan or approval request.

Preparation: Print one event brief, its materials/roles, task cards, venue plan, dependency diagram and planning records. Use paper tokens and a movable paper clock if useful. Model all setup and visitor movement on paper; no actual spending, lifting or event is required.
