Teach personal hygiene in a way teens actually respect. This life skills unit uses clear visual routines, real reasons and grown-up practice (never babyish) to build daily habits: hand washing the CDC way, brushing teeth for two minutes, showering, deodorant, hair and nail care, and clean clothes. Core pages are leveled for special education and life skills classrooms, with body-neutral language that works for every student.

How to use it
Use it in life skills, special education, health, advisory or transition classes. Teach one routine per session with the visual checklists, practice at a sink when you can, and assign each student the check page at their level. The narratives, sort and problem cards work well in small groups, and the tracker and data sheet make progress easy to see.
