How to use it
Use it at the start of a FACS, culinary arts, health or life skills course, before the first cooking lab, or as a review any time. Students at different levels can share the same scene, poster and cards while working on the Level 1, 2 or 3 page that fits. Print and go: just cut the scenario cards and sort cards. The safety contract goes home for a family signature.
