Practice useful real-world conversations with twenty-four paired role-plays, twelve voicemail missions and clear models for asking, checking and closing.

What's included

  • 3 annotated full calls + voicemail
  • 24 paired role-plays
  • 12 voicemail missions
  • Separate role files & planning mats
  • 50 student activity, reference and teaching-practice pages
  • Full teacher guidance, differentiation, answers and models

How to use it

Model a complete annotated call and the phone conventions. Give partners separate role-only sheets/files, prepare one call mat, rehearse, check exact facts/status and retry with one useful improvement. Add a voicemail and a message slip before the new-call transfer.

Preparation: Print the separate Caller/Responder role PDFs or provide only the appropriate role-only PPTX. Keep the complete teacher PDF and keys private. Use the supplied call mats, full annotated models and message slips. Use paper, optional pretend phones and writing/typing tools. No real phone call, private details or recording is required.
