Turn a room reset into a practical planning challenge: inspect six illustrated spaces, choose a useful order and make a plan that fits the people and time available.

What's included

  • 6 illustrated room missions
  • 6 chore sequences
  • 24 decision cards
  • Shared plans & full models
  • 42 student activity, reference and teaching-practice pages
  • Full teacher guidance, differentiation, answers and models

How to use it

Model one room inspection and its eight-minute plan, then order the matching illustrated chore tiles. Use a six-step paper rehearsal and record actual completion/support before applying a changed condition. Keep the agreed household goal, accessible role and unresolved status explicit.

Preparation: Print the room scenes, sequences and chosen cards. Use pencils, paper tokens and pretend tool cards. No real cleaning chemicals, food, waste, sharp objects or wet floors are needed. Keep the classroom simulation seated or accessible; do not turn a safety scenario into an actual hazard.
